Unfortunately, most apartment complexes will gladly take your application fees, but you do not necessarily have a real chance of your application being accepted. I have developed an exclusive database and process that has helped hundreds of people in Texas find apartments.

Criminal Issues

Simple and Serious Misdemeanor Charges
A simple misdemeanor, like a DWI, is considered a light criminal charge – but many apartments will deny you for it. A serious misdemeanor, like an Assault, will cause denial at most places.

Deferred Charges – Misdemeanors and Felonies
I know the complexes that are “Deferred friendly” and you can be assured I will help you rent in the best apartments possible. In fact, I know quite a few that allow them.

Felony Convictions
The Apartments pay me a commission for the leases. I handle all types of felonies, except Sexual Crimes where the person has to Register as a Sex Offender or Murder. However, while I

There are certain apartments we will take a Deferred Felony once it is Dismissed and others will take a Deferred Felony once it is Discharged. The status matters.

One of the most time sensitive services I provide is to help you if you have a Pending Charge. Once you have accepted a PLEA, it is too late. So complete a

Do you think you have a Broken Lease, Eviction, or apartment debt
If you left without notice, or did not give the written notice your lease requires, chances are you have a broken lease.
If the complex filed a lawsuit against you and posted EVICTION on your door, then, unless you left right away, you probably have an Eviction.
